I love mushrooms.
Alot.
Normally, I cook with button mushrooms (the little white ones often seen in grocery stores...properly called agaricus mushrooms) because not only do I like their taste, but they're the cheapest.
Occasionally, however, I'll splurge and get a different kind of mushroom.
About a week ago or so, I was at my favorite store (Whole Foods), picking out Crimini mushrooms from the bulk bin, when I happened upon two siamese twin mushrooms!
I thought they were super cool, so here they are:
